Your first Proposal
In this overview you can see all your current and future proposals. You can filter them by a couple of metrics (Status, Net1, Net2, Seller, Due date etc.). A best practice is to include the date and who the proposal is attributed to.
-When creating a new proposal, there is a couple of things that you need to think of beforehand:
If you select “Campaign”, you can only book standard campaigns with predefined packages and campaign length. If you want to add additional date-ranges and and make the reservation more specific, then select “Detailed”.
Creating a proposal step-by-step:
1.In the left meny, hover over “Proposals” and select “Create new proposal”.
2. Choose between “Campaign”, “Detailed” and “Filler”. If you select “Campaign”, you can only book standard campaigns with predefined packages and campaign length. If you want to add additional date-ranges and and make the reservation more specific, then select “Detailed”.
3.Select which screens should be included in the proposal, you may choose both by “tag” or by “Root grouping”.
4.Select the appropriate dates by clicking on the calendar-icon. As mentioned above you are restricted to one date range if you choose “Campaign”.
5. In the next step, select the Share of Voice (SoV) proposed by you or the client. The SoV will be the basis for calculating the price of the proposal. When you have selected the SoV (measured in percentage), simply select “calculate” and a price suggestion will appear. If both parties agree with the suggestion, click “Add to Proposals” and click “Save”.
6.When the proposal is saved, it is time to look over the proposal and select which clients/partners the proposal is applied to.
7.Information/Specifics can be sent to the production/content-creation department or if there are specific details addressed for the economy department. This will NOT be included in the client’s proposal approval.
If you are content with the proposal, click “Save” and you will now be able to locate it under “Proposals-List”.
Approving an proposal:
When the proposal is saved, click on “Proposals-List” and your saved proposal will appear. Locate the proposal in question, click “Actions” and click “Approve proposal (Customer)”.
If you have an economy department, they will approve the proposal in the same manner as above, but they will click on “Approve proposal (Economy).
If you would like an order approval, click “Approve proposal (Economy) & “Send Order confirmation”.
The proposal will then be transferred from “Proposals” to “Orders”.
